Both the insider's direct holdings and holdings of family members and companies under the insider's control are shown below. The ownership of Ilkka Herlin includes Cargotec's own class B shares, as Ilkka Herlin exercises controlling power in Cargotec Corporation together with his siblings.

Moving Cargo Oy is owned by Cargotec Executive Board members Harald de Graaf, Olli Isotalo, Axel Leijonhufvud, Mikael Mäkinen, Kirsi Nuotto, Eeva Sipilä, Matti Sommarberg and Pekka Vauramo as well as Kari Heinistö and Pekka Vartiainen.
