Following the Security Trading Ltd. demerger Ilkka Herlin, Ilona Herlin and Niklas Herlin have control over the Cargotec shares and votes as follows:
Ilkka Herlin: 10.86% of shares and 22.34% of votes
Ilona Herlin: 10.27% of shares and 22.08% of votes
Niklas Herlin:10.87% of shares and 22.34% of votes
