Students

Did you know that we typically hire over 50 summer trainees each year? We look for students with very different educational backgrounds and professional interests. Whether you’re an engineer, law student or something in between, we may have just the traineeship for you.

Would you like to start your career at an international company that truly values its people? Cargotec offers challenging and interesting jobs for promising young talents taking the first steps on their career path. At Cargotec, you'll be assigned real work tasks from day one. You get to feel empowered, because we trust our trainees and rely on their ability to take responsibility and get things done.

You could be in the beginning of your studies or even a recent graduate to join us as a trainee. We offer positions both in our support functions as well as in our core businesses, which means that we invite applications from very different study backgrounds. We want to hear from you particularly if you're a motivated engineering or business student.

Summer jobs

Our main channel for hiring blooming talent is through summer traineeships. As a summer trainee at Cargotec, you will get the opportunity to put to use and complement what you’ve learned in your studies, and at the same time, you will develop new connections with both professionals and fellow trainees.
