The list of Cargotec's major shareholders is based on the information given by the Euroclear Finland (formerly Finnish Central Securities Depository Ltd) as well as on the shareholders' own notifications. The information is updated monthly.
As of 3 July 2016, Cargotec Managers and their closely associated persons must notify Cargotec and Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) of all transactions. The duty to notify applies to every transaction conducted on their own account relating to the shares or debt instruments of Cargotec or to derivatives or other financial instruments linked to them.
The Managers are obliged to notify their closely associated persons and entities of their individual duty to notify Cargotec and FSA of their transactions. The notification must be made in writing and the Manager must retain a copy of it.
1. Inform Cargotec
Immediately after conducting the transaction, inform Cargotec of it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Fill in the form
Fill in the form regarding the transaction on FSA web page.

3. Deliver the notification
Send the form you have filled in as email attachment to Cargotec and FSA as soon as possible and on the third (3) working day after the transaction at the latest. Do not send the form by post due to short notification timetable.

Cargotec will publish the notification as a stock exchange release without delay after the notification has been received.
