Cargotec published stock exchange releases on 7 January 2025 and 8 April 2024, presenting restated financial information. The background for this is the signed agreement to sell its MacGregor business and the demerger of the Kalmar business area into an independent listed company (more information here). Due to the aforementioned restatements, Cargotec has removed its fact sheet for investors and share-related key figures.
