Cargotec at Pollutec 2010: Recycling and waste management expertise from one responsible supplier

Cargotec, the world's leading provider of load handling equipment, will showcase its recycling and waste management expertise at Pollutec 2010, the 24th international exhibition of environment equipment, technologies, and services. The exhibition will run from 30 November to 3 December in Lyon, France.

The latest technology for hygienic and effective bin-washing
At Pollutec 2010, Cargotec will introduce the Fico 4Jet waste bin washer, offering the latest technology in bin-washing and hygienisation for the benefit of the consumer, operator, and environment. The Fico 4Jet cleans refuse bins from the inside and outside with high-pressure water jets - economically and rapidly. The effectiveness of the washing stems from efficient filtering and circulation of water. Thanks to the very low water requirement, a lighter truck chassis with short wheelbase can be utilised, offering a smaller carbon footprint, lower fuel consumption, and lower investment costs for the operator.

A wide product range for recycling and waste handling
At the Cargotec stand, covering both an inside and outside area, we will also feature a Hiab XS 055 B2 HiDuo loader crane with a Hiab Multilift XR18S hooklift, specially designed for collecting organic by‑products. The Hiab crane is equipped with remote control and a standing platform, to maximise work efficiency. The Hiab Multilift hooklift belongs to the renowned XR Power range, well-known for its reliability, productivity, and safety of operation.

We will also be showing off our Hiab Jonsered recycling cranes, including a Hiab Jonsered 1300 R and a Hiab Jonsered 1320 Z with Hiab Multilift XR18S hooklift. This combination is intended in particular for collection of empty bottles and paper containers. The Hiab Jonsered Z is a high-performance, light crane for continuous loading. A Hiab Moffett M2 15.1 truck-mounted forklift will also be on display at Pollutec 2010.
