Cargotec Corporation will publish its financial statements release for the first official accounting period June 1-December 31, 2005 on Tuesday January 31, 2006 at 12.00 p.m. Finnish time. At the same time the January-December 2005 pro forma review will also be published. The financial statements release and the review will be available after publishing on the Company's internet pages at www.cargotec.com.
An analyst and press conference (in Finnish) will be arranged on the same day at 1.30 p.m. Finnish time at Cargotec's head office, Sörnäisten rantatie 23, Helsinki.
