According to Cargotec's preliminary information the company's pro forma net sales for the year 2005 were approximately EUR 2.36 billion. Pro forma operating income, excluding the approximately EUR 15 million capital gain from the sale of Consolis, amounted to close to EUR 180 million. Order intake for the fourth quarter 2005 was approximately EUR 590 million.
According to the preliminary information the net sales for the first financial period June 1-December 31, 2005 slightly exceeded EUR 1.4 billion and operating income excluding the capital gain on Consolis amounted to close to EUR 110 million.
