Cargotec Receives Significant RoRo Equipment Orders from Several Shipowners

Cargotec's MacGREGOR business area providing marine cargo handling solutions has received RoRo access equipment orders for Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) and RoRo vessels from several shipowners. The vessels will be built at the Hyundai Mipo shipyard in Korea. The RoRo access equipment will be delivered between 2008 and 2010 and the value of the orders is approximately EUR 25 million.
 
MacGREGOR's contracts include the design and fabrication of RoRo access equipment and design and key components for hoistable car decks for five RoRo vessels ordered by Italian Grimaldi, six PCTCs ordered by Greek Neptun Lines and four PCTCs ordered by Vroon B.V. from the Netherlands.
