Cargotec's Board of Directors elected in the Annual General Meeting has in its organizing meeting elected Ilkka Herlin to continue as Chairman of the Board and Henrik Ehrnrooth to continue as Deputy Chairman. Cargotec's Senior Executive Vice President and CFO Kari Heinistö continues to act as secretary to the Board of Directors.
Cargotec's Board of Directors decided that the Audit Committee and Nomination and Compensation Committees will continue to assist in its work. In addition, the Board decided to establish a third committee. The working committee will prepare strategic issues to be handled and decided in the Board and review their implementation.
The Board of Directors re-elected among its members Ilkka Herlin, Peter Immonen and Karri Kaitue as members of the Audit Committee. Karri Kaitue was elected to continue as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Board members Carl-Gustaf Bergström, Tapio Hakakari, Ilkka Herlin and Peter Immonen were re-elected to the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Ilkka Herlin was elected to continue as chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Board members Tapio Hakakari, Ilkka Herlin and Peter Immonen were elected to the Working Committee. The Board elected Ilkka Herlin as chairman of the Working Committee.
