Cargotec's year 2011 Annual report and Financial statements published

CARGOTEC CORPORATION, STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT, 16 FEBRUARY 2012 AT 1 PM EET

Cargotec Corporation's annual report 2011 and financial statements for the accounting period 1 January-31 December 2011 have been published in English and Finnish on the company's website at www.cargotec.com/annualreport.

The online annual report includes the financial statements, the Board of Directors' report and the Auditors' report. For the first time, Cargotec's reporting on sustainability is based on the reporting guidelines defined by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). GRI provides a comprehensive sustainability reporting framework that is widely used around the world.

Cargotec has also published its Corporate governance statement 2011 together with the annual report 2011. The corporate governance statement has been published separately from the Board of Directors' report and it is available on Cargotec's website at www.cargotec.com.
