Cargotec publishes its 2015 annual report and financial statements
Cargotec Corporation's annual report 2015 and financial statements for the accounting period 1 January-31 December 2015 have been published in English and Finnish on the company's website www.cargotec.com. The annual report consists of the Annual review 2015 and the Financial review 2015. The financial review includes the financial statements, the Board of Directors' report, the Auditors' report and the remuneration statement.
Cargotec has also published its corporate governance statement 2015. It is available on Cargotec's website www.cargotec.com > Investors > Governance.
Cargotec's sustainability report 2015 will be published in March 2016.
