Listing prospectuses for Cargotec's bonds in the total aggregate amount of EUR 250 million available

Cargotec Corporation announced its decision to issue two bonds in the total aggregate amount of EUR 250 million 17 March 2017. The first EUR 150 million bond matures on 28 March 2022 and carries a fixed annual interest of 1.75 per cent. The other, a EUR 100 million bond matures on 28 March 2024 and carries a fixed annual interest of 2.375 per cent.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the listing prospectuses of the two bonds. The prospectuses are available in English on the company's website at http://www.cargotec.com/investors.

Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd is expected to admit the bonds to trading on the official list as from 31 March 2017.

Nordea Bank AB (publ) and OP Corporate Bank plc acted as lead managers in the transaction. Krogerus Attorneys Ltd acted as the legal adviser in the transaction.
