Hiab is adding a further dimension to its position as the leading provider of truck-mounted crane solutions with the introduction of the new HIAB XS 244 Roller crane. Powered by its own integral motor, this self-propelled unit can be positioned anywhere along the truck or trailer platform, providing the operator with a 24 tonne metre lifting capacity and up to 15 metre reach. Yet when maximum truck payload or capacity is called for, the XS 244 R can quickly and simply be detached from the vehicle.
