Changes in Cargotec’s Executive Committee

Tor-Erik Sandelin, a member of Cargotec Corporation's Executive Committee and Senior Vice President responsible for Service Business Development, will retire on April 1, 2006 at the age of 63 years according to a previous agreement. His successor will be announced separately at a later stage.
