Eeva Mäkelä (35) has been appointed Cargotec’s CFO (Chief Financial Officer) as of February 1, 2008. She has earlier held the position of Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications and been a member of the Executive Board. Eeva Mäkelä will, in addition to investor relations and communications, be responsible for accounting, finance and risk management. She continues as member of the Executive Board and reports to President and CEO Mikael Mäkinen.
Accounting, finance and risk management have earlier been part of the responsibility of Deputy CEO Kari Heinistö.
