Cargotec option rights were granted as part of the demerged Kone Corporation's year 2004 option program. In 2009, shares can be subscribed with Cargotec option rights according to the following time schedule:

| March 31, 2009 | May 15, 2009 |
Each Cargotec option right entitles the holder to subscribe for three (3) Cargotec class B shares. The share subscription price is EUR 8.59 per share.
According to the terms of the option program, the share subscription period with 2005B option rights will end on March 31, 2009.
